By using Matically AI Translator ("the Service") provided by Matically Inc. ("we", "our"), you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

The Service provides AI-powered translation of WordPress plugins. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure translation quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy of translations.

3. Pricing & Payment

Paid plan pricing is as listed on the pricing page. Annual subscriptions auto-renew each year.

4. Refund Policy

Full refund available within 14 days of purchase. Contact support to request a refund. Upon refund, your license will be deactivated.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Using the Service for unlawful purposes
• Sharing license keys with third parties
• Reverse engineering the Service
• Automated usage causing excessive load

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI translation output. Always review translations before use.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
